Manor Farm has 3 bedrooms available - 2 twin rooms and one double. All rooms have en-suite showers and toilets apart from one of the twin rooms which is one door down from a full bathroom. Each room has tea and coffee making facilities, an alarm clock and a colour television.Rates
Room rates for 2005 are as follows:
£35 per person per night
Single occupancy £45 per person per night
Room rates include a full cooked English breakfast
Packed Lunch £3 (prior notice required)
Grazing £12.50 per horse per night (prior notice required)
Please note that Manor Farm is only open from 1st May until the 31st October.
Booking in advance is always recommended especially during special events (e.g. Hickstead, Brighton Conferences) and Bank Holiday weekends. Please contact us to make a booking. Online booking will be available shortly.
Manor Farm tries where possible to fully accept all guests regardless of mobility but please bear in mind that the bedrooms in the farmhouse are all located upstairs and access would be difficult for guests who have difficulty climbing fairly steep stairs. If you have any questions about access to Manor Farm then please contact us.Please be aware that Manor Farm does not accept credit or debit cards. Cash or cheque only!
