Manor Farm is located in the village of Poynings which is about 5 miles North of Brighton, West Sussex. By road it is approximately 25 minutes away from London Gatwick aiport and 10 minutes away from Brighton City Centre.Due to the remote village location of Manor Farm it is recommended that you visit by car/motorbike but if you wish to travel by public transport then the nearest train station is Hassocks (10 minutes by taxi - approximately £10) and the nearest bus station is Brighton. There is a limited bus service between Brighton and Poynings (10 minute walk to bus stop) and also Brighton and Devils Dyke (20 minute walk).

Travelling from the North (A23)
Travelling Southbound on the A23 towards Brighton. After the exit for Burgess Hill the carriageway returns to 2 lanes. Follow the road for approximately 4 miles and the road then climbs up through the South Downs. At the top of the hill there is an exit signposted "A273 Hassocks". Take this exit and at the end of the sliproad turn right and then immediately take the junction to the left. Follow the road over the bridge back over the A23 and then turn right at the end to rejoin the A23 Northbound for about 100 yards before taking the first exit towards the Texaco garage and service station. Then follow the instructions below.
Travelling from the East/West
Follow the A27 from either the East or West towards Brighton and follow the signs for "A23 Gatwick Airport/London". Once on the A23 Northbound follow the road for 2 1/2 miles and then follow the exit sign for the service station (Texaco garage). Then follow the instructions below.
Once you have left the A23, follow the road to the left of the Texaco garage and then go straight over the mini roundabout (first exit). Follow the road for about 1 mile and then go straight over the roundabout into the village of Poynings. Follow the road for 3/4 mile into the village and the road will eventually turn sharply right with a junction to the left and a church straight ahead. Take the junction left and immediately on the left is the entrance to Manor Farm. Go straight ahead into the farmyard and turn right at the end up a small bank to end up outside the farmhouse.
